Permission guidelines for photography, video, and storytelling at Hawai'i Prayer Breakfast gatherings.

1. General Consent
By attending Hawai'i Prayer Breakfast's events, you grant HPB and our designated media team permission to capture and share photographs, video footage, audio, and written testimony for ministry storytelling, promotional materials, livestreams, and archival purposes.
2. Intended Use
Event highlight reels, recap videos, and photo galleries
Website, newsletter, and social media features
Printed programs, sponsor decks, and community reports
Historical archives documenting the legacy of the event
3. Opt-Out Options
We respect personal boundaries. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify an HPB team member at check-in so we can provide a discreet identifier and honor your request.
4. Minors
We require written consent from a parent or legal guardian before featuring minors in any media. Parents may withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@prayerbreakfast.com.
5. External Media
Accredited media partners and sponsors must agree to HPB's media guidelines before filming on site. Independent recordings for commercial purposes are prohibited without prior written approval.
6. Story Submissions
When you volunteer a written testimony, photo, or video, you confirm that you own the content, have permission from anyone depicted, and grant HPB a non-exclusive license to share it across ministry channels.
