We collect information when you purchase tickets, subscribe to updates, submit a prayer request, volunteer, sponsor the event, or contact us. The information may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment details (processed through trusted vendors), and any messages or stories you share.

We never sell your information and only share it with vendors who help us deliver essential event services (ticketing, email, database hosting) under signed confidentiality agreements.
4. Prayer Requests & Sensitive Data
Prayer requests are logged in a secure system accessible only to approved prayer team members and chaplains. Requests may be anonymized for broader prayer chains unless you opt out. We strongly encourage you not to include medical or financial account numbers.

Our website uses cookies and aggregated analytics to understand engagement and improve experience. Cookies do not store personal identifiers, and you may disable them through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
Contact and transaction records are retained as long as necessary to support ministry operations, comply with legal requirements, and maintain historical records. Prayer requests and pastoral notes are stored for up to two years unless extended by ongoing pastoral care.
