1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, registering for events, or engaging with our ministry resources, you agree to these terms and the related privacy policy.
2. Appropriate Use
Use our website and forums in a spirit of aloha, respect, and Christian charity.
Avoid posting content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or disruptive.
Do not attempt to breach our security controls, harvest data, or impersonate others.
3. Ticketing & Contributions
Ticket purchases and sponsorship contributions are processed by certified payment providers. All sales are final unless otherwise noted. We may adjust seating or programming for safety or ministry reasons.
4. Media & Recording
By attending an HPB event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for ministry storytelling and recap materials. Opt-out instructions are available at event registration.
5. Intellectual Property
Event branding, artwork, videos, and written resources are owned by HPB or our partners. You may share materials for ministry use with attribution but must request permission for commercial use.
6. Third-Party Links
We may link to nonprofit partners, sponsors, or ministry resources. Those sites operate independently and their policies govern your interactions.
7. Disclaimer
HPB provides content as encouragement and information. It should not be interpreted as legal, financial, or medical advice. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawai'i. Any disputes will be handled in Honolulu County courts unless an alternative resolution is mutually agreed.
